Booking and Cancellation Policy:
* Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive 10% service charge, 7% VAT
* Rates are inclusive of American Breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room per night and maximum 4 persons per room per night in Pool Suite.
No-shows:
- Low Season /High Season has a penalty fee of equivalent to 50% of the total stay or a min of 1 night stay whichever the greater.
- Peak Season has a penalty fee of equivalent to 100% of the total stay or a min. of 5 nights stay whichever the greater.
Early check-out:
In case of early departure with reasonable cause, the hotel will collect an equivalent of Three (3) charge base on low / high season. The hotel reserves the rights to charge for a full stay during the peak season.
Cancellations Policy:
1. Low season at least 7-night notice required or penalty 30% of the total stay or a min. of 1 night, whichever the greater.
2. High season at least 14-night notice required or penalty 50% of the total stay or a min. of 3 nights, whichever the greater.
3. Peak season at least 21-night notice required or penalty 100% of the total booking value, or min. 5 nights (whichever the greater).

Child Policy:
- Child Policy: Child under age of 12 years, sharing the same room with parents not requiring an extra bed.
