Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation with less than 3 hour notice will incur a 50% Cancellation fee.  A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”

Any of the treatment are non-refundable, non-transferable and non- exchangeable.

We are accepting cash and all major credit cards.  You may also charge your treatment to your room.
Spa Treatment Hours
The Elements Spa Open Daily from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Reservation
Advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure you preferred date and time of treatment.

Valuables
We recommend leave them in your room.  The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuable of any kind brought onto the spa premises.
