Renovation of Blue Wing at Access Resort - June 1 to August 31, 2025

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for your continued support of Access Resort. We are committed to providing you with exceptional experiences, and to enhance our facilities, we will be undertaking a renovation project in our Blue Wing from June 1 to August 31, 2025.

‍

During this period, the following areas and services in the Blue Wing will be temporarily closed:

Pool Access Deluxe/Blue Wing Rooms
Pool Suites
Blue Wing Swimming Pool
Blue Club
ACCESS Spa (Blue Wing location)

Renovation Schedule and Potential Noise:

June 1 - 31, 2025: Room Refurbishment (Pool Access Deluxe). Expected noise level: Minimal.
June 1 - 15, 2025: Swimming Pool Seating Dismantling. Expected noise level: High during dismantling.
June 16 - August 31, 2025: Swimming Pool Tile and Gutter Repair. Expected noise level: Occasional high noise.

Work will be conducted daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

To minimize disruption, guests with existing bookings in the Blue Wing will be offered the following options:

Alternative Accommodation: Relocation to a Pool Access Deluxe room in our Green Wing, which is situated away from the renovation area and offered at a reduced rate.
Hotel Relocation: Relocation to our sister property, CRAFT Resort & Villas in Koh Sirea (Phuket Town), which features Pool Access rooms. For more information, please visit www.craftresortphuket.com.

Please note that the following facilities will remain open and available in the Green Wing:

4 Outdoor Swimming Pools
Paddle Restaurant
Wet Bar
Fitness Center

This renovation is scheduled during the low season to minimize impact on our guests and to ensure our facilities are refreshed and improved for the upcoming high season.
